Flexible Catering Options

Many caterers have come through our door and we like it that way. You should be able to choose the food and caterers that you want. After all, it's your event, isn't it? That's why we don't charge any extra fee for you using a licensed caterer for your food. Of course, we can suggest a few for you, if you like. Just click the button below.

Our full service bar is always available for your event. And our flexible bartenders and staff are always looking for ways to make your event as unique as possible.

Event Supplies

All of our tables, chairs, projectors, screens, and lights are part of your rental fee. That's right, we don't upcharge for any of the following:

o   6-8 ft. banquet tables
o   5-6 ft. banquet tables
o   18-6 ft. round tables
o   150-black banquet chairs
o   5 tall cocktail tables
o   Screen/projector
o   Fender Passport portable audio system including a corded and wireless microphone
o   Rope lights for the four (4) pillars and the ceiling in between the pillars
o   2 easels
o   Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi

You can't throw a bouquet these days without hitting someone who needs a wi-fi connection. So, yes! We have a nice and speedy one that you can use for your event, whether you need music for your DJ, general connectivity to ask questions of those away from the venue, or you need to stream a conference for your business meeting.

Experienced and Friendly Staff

Few things get us happier than helping people make great memories. The Shores Event Center staff knows our job is to make your special event as easy and stress-free as possible. We do that through tours, thoughtful contract and planning meetings, careful preparation, and attentive observation during events. Your event will be staffed. Your tables and chairs will be set up for you to decorate. We also finish your evening by cleaning the space and taking down the chairs and tables.

Fun Period Furnishings

Over the years we have worked to add some period furnishings to our space. A victorian sofa here, a mission chair there, and our two workhorses, Phil and Kol, our two MP3 driven era radios with Bose speakers. Bring your own soundtrack. We'll let our vintage Philco or Kolster radios pump out the sound.
